Adentan NADMO Supports Fire Victims at Ogbojo Sychar

The Adentan Municipal office of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) extended relief support to victims of a recent fire outbreak at Ogbojo Sychar.

Led by the Municipal Director, Mr. Eric Kofi Padi, the NADMO team presented a package of essential relief items to ease the burden of affected families who lost their properties in the incident.

The items were officially handed over to the Assembly Member for the Ogbojo Electoral Area, Hon. Elvis Ofosu Mensah, who received them on behalf of the victims.

In his remarks, Hon. Mensah expressed gratitude to the NADMO Director General, the Greater Accra Regional Director, the Member of Parliament for Adentan, the Municipal Chief Executive, and the Adentan Municipal NADMO Director for their swift intervention. He described the gesture as “timely and impactful,” noting that the relief will go a long way to support the victims in their recovery.

Mr. Padi, on his part, reaffirmed NADMO’s commitment to standing with communities in times of disaster. He further advised residents to adopt safety measures to help prevent future fire outbreaks.

Community members who witnessed the presentation praised NADMO and the Assembly Member for their dedication and concern for the welfare of the people.
